Privacy Notice

Last updated October 24, 2026.

This site is operated as a referral service connecting homeowners who need water damage help with independent local water damage restoration companies.

What we collect

When you submit a request we collect what you enter: name, phone, city, the problem, whether water is still coming in, and optionally your email and a description. Calls to the phone number on this site are routed by our call-tracking provider, which may log your number, call time and length, and may record calls.

How we use it

We share your request with one or more independent water damage companies serving your area so they can contact you about it. We don't sell your information for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We use third-party providers for form handling, call routing and website hosting. They process data on our behalf.
